Marilyn Schoening

Marilyn Schoening is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Commercial Lending.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial lending, and general corporate law.  Ms. Schoening has substantial experience in real estate and commercial loan transactions, service and supply contracts, and compliance and regulatory matters specific to financial institutions. Her legal background also includes working for international companies in both the financial services and medical supply industries.
 
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Schoening worked within some of the nation’s largest financial and mortgage banking institutions.  Her business and legal experience brings unique and comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate industry and her work experience includes providing oversight management of the servicing of a commercial real estate portfolio with assets of over $683M.

Ms. Schoening earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
