Linda E. Holden is a Partner with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC and a member of the firm's Special Masterships Team who concentrates her efforts full time in her role as Deputy Special Master and monitor for mental health in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. She is an experienced and well-recognized appellate lawyer, and has more than 20 years of experience during which time her work was relied upon in countless opinions by the justices of the Superior and Supreme Courts in Rhode Island. As a private practicing attorney, she was acknowledged as one of the primary resources for Rhode Island litigators. Ms. Holden is also a former special assistant attorney general in Rhode Island.
She is a past Editor-in-Chief of both the Rhode Island Bar Journal and the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers' Newsletter. As a former member of the Rhode Island Board of State Bar Examiners, Ms. Holden is well known for her considerable service to the legal profession in Rhode Island.
Ms. Holden earned her J.D. from the American University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Brown University. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island.
