James L Truslow

James L. Truslow is Of Counsel with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Commercial Lending Team.  He will support client engagements by providing legal services to corporations, nonprofit organizations and individuals.

Mr. Truslow is an experienced business lawyer with expertise in the areas of corporate and nonprofit governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract matters, franchising, real estate development and permitting, commercial leasing, and affordable housing.  He routinely counsels clients with respect to corporate formation, employment and business contract matters.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
